What kind of things do you want to achieve and improve within yourself? Is it mental toughness? The ability to fight through the struggle and conquer your fears in order to reach the goals you have in your life? Is it to be in great shape, with the strength and endurance to go harder and faster, to have flexibility and power? Is it self-confidence? Knowing that you look great, and that you could kick the living crap out of somebody if you had to? (Hopefully you don't have to, but it's good to know that you're a beast). You can gain all of these attributes if you attend classes on a consistent basis at Impact Strong, which achieves this through the help of great training and a training schedule that is always changing, forcing your mind and body to work harder on a daily basis. Josh, Geo, and David are always bringing something new to the classes, and forcing me to work until I have nothing left. It's the best feeling in the world. After a class, I feel euphoric. Sometimes you've gotta soak it in. The struggle in the classes is real, but it helps you to become a better person. It's affordable, but it's about more than the money. It's about being the best you can be. Who doesn't want that?
