This is the place to come if you are ready to change. Change your attitude about your health, your strengths, your courage and yes your weaknesses too. You will be closely guided by the best coach around. No matter where you are starting from, Lennon knows how to get you on solid road to health and strength, a road you can stay the course. He.is.the.best! And everyone here wants success for those starting out. I'm going on 8 years here....still learning everyday. This place and these people have pulled me through a lot without even knowing. My mental strength has grown as much as my physical strength. So come with an open mind and get ready for change.

Awesome place, super fun, great for people of all ages and fitness levels. Great atmosphere, everyone is friendly and helpful. Lennon, the trainer really knows his stuff. You'll do more than you ever thought you could but you will never be asked to do more than you can handle.

Went in to talk to the guy about doing a drop in, total jerk. He looked me up and down and asked if i even knew what I was doing. I told him I was somewhat new to CrossFit but knew the fundamentals and he said he had no time to babysit anybody and said if i didnt know everything i was doing then he couldn't accommodate me also said he already had a guy he needed to watch. I understand that I'm new but he still should be helping people out. Don't know how you're supposed to get new customers with an attitude like that I will never go back and I will never recommend

I have been going to XFNA for almost 3 years now. At the risk of sounding dramatic, it has absolutely changed my life. I can do things now that I never in my wildest imagination would have thought I could do. With a change in diet and a big commitment to going regularly, I have gone down 2 sizes, lost 20 lb and gained tons of confidence (and muscle!).
If you are looking for a way to get active, meet some really great people, I highly suggest you coming and checking it out!
