They had good and friendly customer service, but the facilities were really disappointing. It looked like they had never washed any of their holds, or cleaned off the walls during a reset. My hands were grimy and black from the ropes within 2 climbs. Plus they had a really weird belay system with grigris attached to daisy chains bolted into the floor. So they aren't really teaching anyone much about belaying. The routes and boulder problems were poorly marked, and only a few climbs were any fun. Finally, the flooring was all ground up tire rubber which made the place dirty and smelly. If you are a brand new beginner, it might be an okay introduction to climbing I guess... But if you are a serious climber you should avoid this place until they work harder on cleanliness and get better at route setting.
