I was there yesterday for the first time. I took a yoga class that was excellent, great instructor, Manie Cummings. I was greeted by the owner, and he made me feel very at home. This us a very nice boutique gym, I highly recommend it!

Great gym, great trainers. Place has a great atmosphere, clean bathrooms/showers and top notch equipment.
From walking in the door to walking out the door everyone is so nice and helpful. No matter the level of the person in the club they are so encouraging. I will never go anywhere different

I've been bouncing around various gyms since my knee was reconstructed about 8 years ago. I went straight from rehab to a gym. Initially it was just to regain mobility, but it became more about a lifestyle change.
I made pretty good progress on my own, but got beyond my abilities pretty quickly. Hey, I'm not a gym rat or a trainer. What do I know.
Next stop on the journey was finding a trainer. Made some pretty bad choices. I first went to a gym and got the next guy up. He had no experience training. Good guy, bad trainer. Then to a really strong guy at another gym who lives a horribly unhealthy lifestyle and can't look up from his precious phone for more that 10 seconds (his total attention span). When that didn't work, I tried yet another gym here in Arlington. Pretty good trainer. Pretty good gym. But no connection.
About a year ago I landed at Chase Bergner's place, Momentum. I immediatley knew that this place was different. This place is the whole package.
Chase is attenetive throughout the entire session. He dialed into my weaknesses and strenghts. Using his immense knowledge and experience, he taylors every workout to where I am at that exact moment. He intuitively knows what I need to do and what I need to hear.
I quickly lost 60 pounds. I went from being ok for a 60 year old to being in fantastic shape.
From constant diet tweeks to weekly check-ins, there is accountability here like no other gym I have experienced.
I really think Chase wants to see improvement and is personally bothered when the inevitable slip ups (usually diet for me) happen. And he's just a good guy!
If you're serious about your fitness, I mean really ready to sacrifice to achieve a whole new level of you in 2020, I would encourage you to give this guy a call.
Clean, fully equipped gym. Superb trainers and staff. Lots of options for classes, yoga, weight training, massage, etc. Best gym in the area and best trainers.
Neat and cozy gym. They are not after your money like most bigger gyms (Ive used LA Fitness, and 24hr fitness), and this is the best gym I have encountered. Besides the monthly fee, I like that they wont charge you if you dont use the gym. The trainers seem to have a good dynamic among themselves, and they are very friendly. I personally, recommend Jordan. He is patient, he definetly pushes you to do better, he has a good sense of humor, and he cares about you.
I like that he knows Im competitive, and will challenge me, but will he also know when Im hurting, without me having to tell him that I am hurting.
He makes sure you have a good form on every excercise, and is very flexible with schedule. He also has great advice on nutrition.Not to mention he has a great smile, and is very FIT!!! Definetly recommend him and the gym!
I've really enjoyed my time at Tru Culler Yoga. It's been challenging, but really fun and it is always something different. I appreciate the extra help I receive each class that ensures I'm doing the pose correctly and effectively, and I always leave feeling a lot better than I did before. It's a great place to practice, and feel safe in trying new things, too!

In the summer 2016 I decided to try the Momentum fitness challenge. Best thing I ever did. I am not a morning person by any means, but I signed up for the 6 AM class with a little encouragement from Mitch. He paired me up with Aaron Dottin. I am so glad he did. Despite my love for sleeping in, I got up 3 times a week to go work out with Aaron. In just one month of eating healthy and working out with Aaron, I was able to lose body fat and start playing soccer again. I have knee problems, but Aaron, and all the trainers there, know how to adjust things to help with those types of issues. Their knowledge mixed with their encouragement to push beyond what I thought I could do, has made an amazing difference for me. You know something is working right if your soccer mates comment in how much better you're playing. Because of the results, the general enjoyment in working with Aaron and my work out buddy I made during the month long group challenge, I have continued past the challenge as a full time member going on 8 months now. Aside from the amazing physical results, I love the people at this gym. They all make coming in a pleasant and worthwhile experience. Their knowledge and drive, paired with their friendly and inviting personalities make going to Momentum a pleasure. I love that everyone greets you with a hello and a smile when you get there. This place has the atmosphere of family. I am so glad I took the challenge, next time one comes up don't hesitate to jump on it, you'll never know what kind of momentum you might gain from that experience.
