It is an amazing gym! The instructors know what they are doing and teach in a way I can understand and implement it. Plus they kick your butt with the workiuts.. Still not sure why I pay them to kill me. Lol It's amazing. If anyone is looking for one you should join here.
Tony is the real deal! He was the Texas Super Middle Weight Champion and loves sharing his gift with others. He can bring anyone to a level of professional athlete shape and skill. He has an extensive list of clients from professional MMA fighters to professional boxers. Several of his students are undefeated professionally and one is a Golden Glover. Everyone is like family and they do a good job at making you feel welcome. His work out regimen and training truly is elite.
This team is one of the best in North Dallas. Very passionate about what they do and their clients individually. Tony knows how to change your physical life and is a great trainer and leader!! Here for good!
