Love me some Zumba!!! Love my instructors, Amy,Amity,Jason and Charlie!!! I discovered Zumba two years ago, I was one of those people who think exercise is a waste of time and energy, until my mom made me go to a Zumba class. One was all it took!!! two years and 45lbs(and counting) lighter I'm hooked!! The crew at Studio Z know how to encourage and motivate. So if you want to lose weight or just get healthy then check out the Studio!!! I promise you'll be very glad you did!!! Zumba Rocks!!!! :-) Juanita B.
