when the trainers at your gym are fat, and they can't do more than two pullups without flopping around and kicking on the bar, you know you're in the wrong place for fitness.

I worked out at this box for over 2 years. I miss it! They really embrace the family part of being in CrossFit. It is a fun place to work out and the coaches are awesome.

Great gym with everything you will need. Coaches take the time to instruct when your form is struggling. They are in the process of renovating the entire gym and will be amazing in the next month! Showers and updated bathrooms!

I absolutely love CFFC! I have been at other boxes before and nothing quite compares to the friendly environment, support, and coaches at this box. The coaches will modify workouts based on individual needs to make sure everyone gets what is best for them. Shout out to the 5:30 am & 6:00 am people for kicking the day off with me and pushing us all to get better! I 100% recommend this box and think everyone should stop by and join the fun.

This is an amazing gym with staff and members to match! I was in need of more motivation and programming that a standard gym couldn't give me. I found my fit and have loved watching my body change and seeing myself get stronger. I have made a second family.

Stopped by to WOD while I was visiting from out of town. When I walked in and Austin had the country turned up and welcomed me to the box, I knew it was gonna be a fun time! There is no way that this will be the last time I drop in to First Creek. I'll be back for sure!

I am closer to fifty and my experience with CFFC is phenomenal. Every class I have attended comes with excellent coaches and even better cross fitters. Scaling is always an option and is encouraged. Yes, I do push-ups from a higher platform. But I am doing them! Come try it out. You might be just a little bit impressed.

I'm over 40 and needed a change.....my old fitness routine wasn't working anymore. 5 months later and my body is transforming into something I'm quite proud of....and it's not done yet! I started a couple months after a bulging disc in my back healed and this has only ever made it feel better. The coaches are top notch and won't let you get hurt. It's definitely addicting and cffc is a very welcoming place. I never feel or have felt awkward in any of the classes I've tried. Highly recommend this box!

Excellent box. Great trainers who go out of their way to work with you on form while also pushing you toward new personal records. Awesome community atmosphere that welcomes all, from the elite beasts to the more novice athletes (like myself). Oh, and the price is right!

Great facility. Wonderful coaches. I love the community atmosphere. Anyone rating them without ever visiting should really take a class before they start espousing inaccurate information. CFFC is fantastic!
