Absolutely excellent gym. A high variety of quality equipment in an upbeat environment. All the trainers have been super helpful, even when you are just asking them a random question about a particular piece of equipment. I am planning on coming here as long as I am in Knoxville.
Would give it 5 stars if the hours were better. Praying that y'all will reconsider extending your hours because this gym is awesome and has great equipment! I would train there if my school and work hours allowed but unfortunately the hours it is open doesn't fit with my schedule.
Frankie, and the trainers, at Frankie's Body Shop helped get me in the best shape of my life. As a professional athlete, I needed someone who could get my strength and conditioning to the next level. Going to Frankie's Body Shop was the best decision I've made. Frankie's trainers are the best at what they do. The gym is always very clean and everyone there very friendly. And they are affordable!
Frankies is the best! Everyone at the gym is super friendly and are all very supportive of anything that you do. The equipment is all very nice, there are plenty of squat racks and deadlift platforms. It definitely feels like a family when you walk in to the gym.
Absolutely love this place and if I could give them more stars I would. Super nice staff! Chris is the best trainer if you need someone in my personal opinion she is the person to see!

Fantastic environment. Very inviting for people of all skill levels. The trainers are all individual so you don't have a set contract with the gym itself. They even have a physical therapist in house.

A "real" gym. You can drop weights and there's chalk. They play good music and everyone is friendly a d helpful.
Best gym in Knoxville. Eleiko equipments No.1 in the world. Members are all very helpful and have great gym etiquette. Unlike other powerlifting gyms, Frankie's doesn't play overly loud music to rape your ears. And of course, the owner Frankie is an awesome person!

I have trained with Frankie for over 10 years, and he has created the most accepting, encouraging and supportive environment you will find in a gym. The trainers keep you motivated and push you to your fullest potential. The trainers and the members are a big family, always offering encouragement to each other. Have had a membership here for a few months now. Month-to-month memberships. Very inexpensive for the equipment provided. Plenty of trainers to choose from if you wish, and multiple professional weight racks. Hype music, and a great environment for accomplishing goals. My only complaint is that their jump rope has been broken for 3 weeks now, and to my knowledge hasn't been replaced. Still a great place to work out. 5/5
Great gym and even better people! I absolutely love Frankie! He's knowledgable, personable, and purely fantastic. The gym is equipped with everything you'd ever need or want. Do yourself a favor and go to the Body Shop!
