My doctor told me to get my husband into a gym to strengthen his core for balance issues; so, I joined the Silver Sneakers class at Envision one year ago along with my husband. I am a senior citizen, and I was very inactive because of arthritic knees and lower back pain. Through the classes and extra time spent with Steven, my trainer, I am in much better shape. I am now able to climb stairs, walk better, bend and squat; and, I have lost some weight as well. Joining Envision was, without a doubt, the best decision that I have ever made. I want to say thank you, Steven, for guiding me through this experience. Anyone who needs to get in better shape would be very wise to choose this gym.

I admit this was a great place to work out most of the time. Kind of weird at night as some people come bring their kids and let them run all over but it didn't bother me that much as I'm a mom as well. My low score is mostly due to their attitude when you need to close your account. The manager was kind of aggravated with another guest, but that's not my problem. I took the time to come in and explain that I needed to cancel for the time being due to family health issues. His very brisk demeanor was off putting to say the least and he was visibly irritated. I get it...it's not what they want you to do but hey, life happens so treat people nicely and they will come back again. After going through this process...I think I'll maybe look elsewhere when I need to find another gym. UPDATE: I was told that my husband had to come in to cancel his membership even though I set it up and was paying for it but, I'm a good sport so, no problem; got a notarized statement from my husband and dropped it off. Called just a few minutes ago to confirm that the statement was sufficient and after calling back 3 times because the person answering the phone kept hanging up, I asked for the manager (I could tell by the voice it was him) and he asked why I wanted him and I explained my question. Talk about lack of just plain old politeness....I wasn't rude at all and thanked him for his time. Still an ok place to work out as long as you never leave!

Great place !!! We love the place friendly staff, and Steven the trainer is a great addition to the facility .Me and my husband enjoy his professional approach to exercise!

Nice gym with a good variety of exercise equipment and friendly staff. They give you a key fob so you can work out anytime. I thought I hated exercise but the treadmill and elliptical machines have got my endorphins pumping. I've been going several times a week since I joined. Thanks, Envizion
