I was so nervous before taking my first cycling class but ever since I went I've been hooked! The staff and instructors are excellent and truly want you to get the most out of your experience! All equipment is provided for you so all you have to do is show up. I have always felt so welcome every time I walk through the doors and I always look forward to each class! The prices are amazing and your first class is FREE! Try it and I promise you won't regret it!

Great studio space with enthusiastic and knowledgeable instructors, nice equipment, killer tunes, and exceptional customer service. Guests are provided with sweat towels, shoes, and clean, well-stocked, private shower rooms to clean up post-workout. The high-intensity classes are a great way to train for outdoor riding, and a fun way to get sweaty and burn calories.

You really feel like family here as soon as you walk in the door! The owner, Brittany, makes a point to know everyone even new clients. She was very helpful getting my clipped in and adjusted on my bike when I first started. ONLY place I would go for a group cycling class in Knoxville!!

My first time was yesterday and I loved it! Everyone was so welcoming when I came in, showed me where to go and how to set up the bike. And the class with Kathleen was amazing! Will definitely be going back.

I LOVE Turbospin Knoxville!! Brittany is great, very professional. Strong instructiors across the board. I had my first injury and was facing a knee replacement until I started spinning at Turbospin. This is the best PT. It changed everything for me! Also, it satisfies a desire in me to work hard, race against time, and all done in a dark, air conditioned setting!

TurboSpin, is by far, the greatest place to Spin in town. I love the staff! They are always so helpful and kind. I especially enjoy the showers and changing areas. I am quick to point out when anything is good and deserving in our customer service required, media driven world today. That being said...I love TurboSpin and if you want fun in overdrive...cleanliness...kind and helpful staff...certain classes with childcare...a great workout with an awesome group of highly qualified instructors...and being surrounded by really nice people...then this is the same place for you. It just doesn't get any better when it comes to this greatly found treasure in Knoxville, TN!

WAY OVERPRICED - NOT WORTH IT
Only a few good instructors, one in particular appeared to be annoyed and unenthusiastic about having to instruct the class. Only two showers so if you need to get to work on time in the morning you have to leave the class early and race to the showers.
Many of the bikes squeak when your on them which is somewhat annoying and distracting. And you can raise your resistance without it showing on your screen that it is raised. Therefore you are really burning more calories and and a different RPM range than it says on your bike screen.
ALSO DO NOT BOOK A SPOT FOR A CLASS (even if it is not fully booked) UNLESS YOU ARE 100% GOING TO MAKE IT. Otherwise they will charge you EVEN MORE on top of their already INSANE prices if you no show or cancel within two hours. This policy is hidden deep within their website and supposedly on a sign or something at the location.
Gyms are way cheaper and have spin class too.. and won't charge you if something happens in your life that gets in the way of you not showing up. Like if you get called into work or your kid gets sick... DONT GO HERE

TurboSpin is by far the best cycling studio in town. Great facility, great instructors, and friendly staff! It is the only place in Knoxville that I would go to take a spin class.

I took one free class on a cross country trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. The class was challenging and the equipment was top notch. On top of that, the studio has full showers and bathrooms. This came in very handy considering the fact that I had 12 hours of driving ahead of me that day, but even if I lived in town and needed to get to work it'd have been a life saver. Very few studios in other cities have this amenity so Turbo Spin deserves credit for providing this. Also, they have cycling shoes, water, towels, a monitor, etc. It's the best studio that I've been to and I've been to studios in half a dozen cities.
