I have been doing virtual training with Hannah during this period of staying at home. The sessions have been rigorous and effective as well as fun. I recommend this method as a way to maintain fitness.

The one-on-one attention and accountability at Fitness Together is great. When joining a regular gym, it is easy to find excuses not to go. When you have a scheduled time and know that your trainer is there waiting on you, it is much easier to stay committed. Then, when that workout is tailored to you, it is even better.
