Had a membership here for several months. Very cool gym with awesome art on the walls. Reasonable equipment but a little pricey. Fast forward 7 months management changed gym seems abandoned by owners, equipment is falling apart and not repaired. I canceled my membership and reached out to someone I was told by the last manager was in charge. They assure me after and additional month my membership will be canceled. That was in August now October and I'm disputing charges on my card for a gym I haven't been to for months. I highly recommend avoiding getting a membership here. Which is unfortunate because I thought the gym had potential to be quite nice in a very cool location.

It's an ok gym at best, most of the time theres no staff there, and you can tell the ownership doesn't really care about the place. They have one trainer that's decent that's about it. They can't even put a lock on the door, every couple of months they just put a new note on the door saying that they are going to lock it next month and never do. I'd be wary of getting a membership because I honestly don't think it will be open much longer.

If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. My husband (Colin Harvin) and I joined this gym last year when I PCS'd. We signed up at the front desk with the manager, Bart. We did not sign a contract and were told that our membership would be month-to-month. In August my husband wrote the War Room on facebook because I was content working out on post and he was travelling a lot with a new job. We were promised our account was cancelled. But the next month we were charged again. We wrote them again and they apologized, promised a refund, and promised to cancel. Once again, it was a lie. We were charged in October. At this point I figured whatever, it is close to the house, I don't have time to deal with this. They suck but its convenient on the weekends. Then, in January, I received deployment orders and we decided to cancel. We wrote again and a new manager, Felicia, wrote us, apologized we'd been trying to cancel, and promised she would attempt a refund and cancel our membership. We were charged again. We wrote them a fourth time and they said we needed deployment orders to cancel our membership. Except that makes no sense because there was no "membership" for a month-to-month contract. Month-to-month customers aren't just locked in indefinitely until you die. the purpose of that membership is to cancel whenever it is convenient. They advised us to come in in person and cancel with Bart. We did that, he assured us that finally the nightmare was over- our account was cancelled. And then today we were charged again. At best this place is grossly mismanaged by the incompetent and at worst they take advantage of customers for monetary gain and have no respect for their members. If you value your time and money don't even bother.
