Been coming to this gym for 3 years. Everyone is very respectful. They also keep out the riff raff.

A lot of the gyms equipment is either broken or doesn't function properly. When they're busy be prepared to wait for equipment to free up. The staff is terrible at managing people checking in or signing up for the hydromassage. I've waited 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. Overall, not the worst gym, but it still has plenty of room for improvement.

When I say this place is somewhere I never thought I'd be, I mean it. I've been to other gyms, and there is always so much drama, half naked women, and gossip beyond measure. Here, I feel that there is a chance for everyone to pop in and feel progress.
In the past week, I've noticed some things that definitely cause concern, but I'm really hoping PF management stands behind their guidelines and promises.

I love the place they just need to hire more people at night one person can't do everything I was trying to try some stuff and most of the time you can not find anyone just saying like wanted to get in the massage chair and other things with the black card and the lady is super busy so maybe they need to work on that just saying

Big gym and lots of equipment, I felt a little put off by the front desk when I ask to use one of the beds like I was bothering them. I hope I didn't interupt their salad eating behind the desk which is kind of unprofessional. I used the same treadmill two days in a a week and there was still trash in the pockets left from another patron. All in all for 21$ I don't expect a lot so I guess it's a reflection of the price.

I signed up here because I was just getting back into fitness and the 30 minute workout and 12 minute abs seemed like a way to not over do the workouts at the beginning. They said you could enter anywhere in the circuit and not interfere with others workouts. They also stated that they did not allow people to camp machines in that area so you complete a workout. This is my second text here and could not finish either due to people camping the machines. This last time I told two staff members at the entrance to the 30 minute workout area and they just looked ate like I was being upset for no reason. This is during off peak times and there was plenty of machines open on the floor.

The group classes don't correspond with the times the trainers are to be there. I signed up for class and got there to find out there was no trainer available for that time and there wouldn't be one for another two hours. I then spoke to the front desk and they went into an office to talk to a manager and when they returned they told me the manager said unfortunately that's the times that are set. The issue is not the times that are set. The issue is the fact you guys have no trainers available for the times that are listed and you have nothing posted stating the change in the hours for staffing that will effect the classes. Members aren't aware and the staff dont say anything.

This is not the first time that I have signed up for the classes and either the trainer didn't know they had someone or they lost track of time and didnt realize they had someone waiting until almost 10 minutes into the 30 minute workout.

I enjoy coming to this location to workout 4 times a week. Very clean and I usually come at night because there arent many people. The staff are always courteous to say have a great night or something which I appreciate.

I love planet fitness, especially the massage chairs, I love that every time I come in I never have to wait on a machine I want to use.

This planet fitness is the cleanest and largest one I have ever been to the restrooms, locker rooms, and equipment are always spotless. When they say the no judgment zone they mean it you can go alone or with a group and everyone is friendly and willing to help you if you're confused on how to use the equipment.

It's like the one I go to but twice the size and more roomier than the Planet Fitness I went to here in central Florida. They were great to me when I went there in 2016 so I'm looking forward to work out there the next time I'm in the area.

I love this place! It's always clean, never too many people except during noon and after work hours (6-7pm) they are busier then usual but that's normal for any gym. Overall, the equipment is always in great shape, machines always work, and staff are nice.

Good for the most part but they have a lot of little problems. Light bulbs in women's showers have been out for two weeks.one day electronicsign in was out.several paper towel machines are messed up.

Not as friendly as I was hoping. The staff has been rude every single time I've come in. For asking simple questions. I'm new to it and just wanted to make sure I knew the rules and was treated like an idiot every single time I came up to the desk. The staff act like it's an inconvienece to come up to the desk when I need to sign in for the amenities. Half the equipment is broken or just doesn't work properly. Every single one of the paper towel dispensers are broken and the lady yells at you when you don't clean off your machine. And for three days the bathroom had no toilet paper in the dispensers. Kind of glad I'm not under any commitment to stay.

I'm a fatty and I feel comfortable going here. If you're looking to start, hit me up and we can go together at least at first until you get comfortable. Starting sucks but you'll feel better once you get going.

Been here a couple times to workout while traveling. Their elliptical machines are a little bit older but are still reliable and good working order. The staff, as usual with Planet Fitness, was extremely friendly and helpful. All of their equipment seem to be in good working order and they had plenty to accommodate the decent crowd.

Gym is always clean and they have a lot of equipment to choose from. However the staff could be a little more friendly. Always seem so upset to be at work. It's not what one does, it's how one does it.

I'm not sure what's going on with the internet services at the Fort Campbell location but can yal get it figured out already! This has been going on for weeks now. You didnt take this long when you pulled my annual membership fee out! I would appreciate the complete services that you offer with my membership or give me a portion of my fee back. This is ridiculous already!!!!

Love this place. Would give it 5 stars but the WiFi never seems to work in this place. Other than that the staff is friendly, it's clean, and I always get a great workout.
