I love that is a small gym not a lot of people there and it's open 24 hours and you can have a good work out there very free environment

My son and I were visiting from out of town and he doesn't like to miss a workout. East Ridge Fitness is a real LIFTERS gym. If you want steel plates and old school racks and dumbells, this is the place. The members we met were friendly and REAL lifters not a bunch of posers hanging out in front of mirrors. Thanks for a great workout.

This Iron Temple is simple yet forged to please Brodin the Allspotter and to cast fear on the Gains Goblins that threaten all of those on the Iron Path. Many Swolemen and Swolemaidens worship here.
This Temple is blessed with three squat racks for skipping leg day is the path of Broki, the defiler.
It also has many free weights and other machines. There are three treadmills, one bench press, and two deadlift areas.
It allows worshippers and parishioners to attend at all hours, and requires minimal tithing of $25 per lunar cycle.
