Best gym in town....
Love this place and I'm so thankful they are helping me make a positive change in my life!!! Kristi New
Great place to work out! Awesome instructors - they push for more but know when to let up. They are doing what they love and they care about you as an individual. SCBC has the right idea to get you involved and staying on track with your goals.

I am getting stronger daily! This type of workout is like nothing I have ever tried before and I am thriving. Rachel (Roo) is an excellent trainer and I am encouraged daily by her assistance and positive feedback. I love the schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday. It is extremely manageable for me. I have become stronger and lost weight. My goal it to be fit by my next birthday and I know SCBC will help me reach my goal!

The staff is incredible and the results I have seen in just a few weeks is amazing!
I have exercised my whole life but SCBC has taken me to a new level in my fitness. I love that each day provides a different workout. Everyone is very nice and friendly.

Scenic city is more than a gym. The atmosphere is so welcoming and all the people are so wonderful. Everyone is giving their all each day. The results are far beyond what I imagined. I have never like working out until scenic city. I look forward to each day now. Every trainer seems to really love what they are doing and it shows in the workouts.
The benefits of Scenic City's exercise program and nutrition support are amazing. Bill and I have more strength and endurance than we thought possible at our age. However, the most wonderful thing about Scenic City is the positive and welcoming atmosphere of the community. We immediately felt comfortable, regardless of our fitness level. Like we were a part of a family. I am proud to be a member of the Scenic City. If you are considering a new exercise program I highly encourage you to join this community.
SCBC is an awesome place to get a great workout. The trainers and staff are caring and will do whatever it takes to help you reach your goals. They are behind you 100% Best Place in Chattanooga!!!
A great place to workout with a great group of people! I love everything about SCBC especially the fact that every time I walk in it's like walking in to hang out with family. Everyone is always giving their all and sweating together. Keep up the good work guys!
I signed up for a six week challenge twice over the past few years and both times felt it was a bad choice. I'm in my mid 30s, and like a good challenge. However, the promise of a "personal trainer" is a little deceptive because there is one trainer and a group of up to 20 people working out. Sometimes the trainer would just stand in the corner and look out over the whole crowd but several times I felt like I needed help and they were busy chatting with someone or helping another client and I miss an opportunity to learn to do an activity correctly. Another time I was doing deadlifts and wasn't sure about form, the client next to me tried to help me out but in reality we were both doing the movement wrong and there was no one there to correct us. Worst of all during a circuit one morning I was asked to lift a very heavy barbell and when I expressed concerned I was told that I'm in a program to push myself to new things and I should try it. I ended up tearing a muscle and 10 months later I'm back to the doctor, still trying to fix that injury. In general it was a fine workout but I didn't like the very large group setting because I didn't feel that we were always able to get input on doing movements correctly when it was needed.
