Fantastic dance and yoga studio with plenty of parking and located conveniently in the heart of Red Bank between Leawood Rd and Food City on Dayton Blvd. They offer classes for all different shapes and sizes of people and the instructors are highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Would highly recommend this place.

If you have not experienced this yet, come. The teachers are amazing. It doesnt matter when or where or if you have never danced. They are incredible. There are skinny women there are big women. Im a big girl. They teach you to love the body you are in. You will look forward to your classes, your instructors. I just cant say enough positive about this place. Because im on an android and I use iphones. But this place will change your life, your dreams, everything. Ready to smile again? Get in the next class
