I initially started going to Peak and working with Natalie to help improve strength and function in my foot after 2 years of plantar fasciitis. Natalie was great and helped improve my strength to the point where I was able to fulfill a lifelong bucket list item (technical ice climbing). The home exercises were clear and helpful and she listened to my concerns and feedback and made sure they were addressed. After finishing PT, I stayed on to do pilates with Marie. I also have some chronic injuries in my knee, shoulder, and ankle. Marie was able to work with me to address some weaknesses throughout my body from these injuries. From a functional perspective, I feel better than I have in years. The exercises are challenging but Marie makes them fun. She is able to adjust the workout to whatever is going on with me that day and still give me a challenge. She is also a physical therapist so we can address any things that arise, as well. I couldn't be more happy to find this place. Pilates has been a life changer for me to address the weaknesses that occur from my old injuries, and as my body ages. With the PT and exercise knowledge of the staff at Peak, it is the best of both worlds.

I highly recommend Peak Fitness and Physical Therapy. Elizabeth was outstanding and helped me tremendously in getting back to running my business! Thanks for the professional and courteous care I have received for the past 12 weeks!

If you want to understand the "root cause" of an issue or injury, seek wellness from Peak Fitness & Physical Therapy. Rebecca will systematically isolate the root cause and build you a wellness program to recover from the issue/injury. I live in Canton, Georgia and it is all to convenient to use the PT literally 2 blocks from my office. I can state that there concern was treating the symptom NOT the cause. After a few visits I quickly realized I needed someone who understood my hobbies and the "causes of the issue and the effects" of participating in them. That being said I willing drove to see Rebecca at PEAK (roughly 100 miles!) because I knew I could expect a permanent wellness program targeting the problem NOT a temporary pacification of the pain. Rebecca is thorough, genuine, concerned, and allows empowers you to understand what is going wrong in your body! I will glady be driving the 100 miles again for a follow up visit. The difference in treatment is that apparent!

I saw Allison Stowers, DPT, when I found myself unable to lift my left arm due to an overuse injury from work and climbing. Allison was able to alleviate some pain immediately with manual therapy, which allowed me to go back to work, and she developed a series of progressions to retrain my muscles to work together. Allison was considerate in all the aspects of how this injury affected my life, work, and athletic pursuits, and assigned exercises that were practical to repeat at home. Allison and Peak staff were all very welcoming and professional, and I highly recommend them.

Peak is awesome! I've been to a fair amount of physical therapy in the past, so I feel confident saying that the staff and attitude here take PT in a new, welcomed direction. They genuinely care about your well being, and work hard to get you back in action as soon as possible. I started going to Peak for an LCL tear I got rock climbing. I saw Allison, who also is a climber and runner, and she understood my needs as an athlete and was able to provide treatment and advice that was relevant to my sport. Bridgett, the office coordinator, and Rebecca, owner/PT, were also incredible kind and accommodating. I was working through some insurance and financial transitions at the time, and they were completely flexible. They worked hard to make sure I was taken care of, and made me feel like I really mattered as a patient. As I continue my quest to be the most uncoordinated person, I go back to see Allison for all my various injuries. I can't recommend this place enough! It's finally time to move away from this "one size fits all", generic PT service we're used to... Halleluja.

My wife has had both hip joints replaced and I had surgery on a torn meniscus in my knee. For each surgery we went to Marie at Peak for recovery therapy. We highly recommend her. She was excellent at carefully listening to our responses as she took us through the various levels of recovery.

I went to Allison Stowers for tailbone pain from a fall and postpartum SI pain and instability. She is knowledgeable, talented, and encouraging. She gave me the tools to build my body back and relieve my pain. Peak is a great place and Allison is a great person and therapist!

Great physical therapist! You're pushed to work as hard as you can to get back the mobility you've lost. Everyone there is very kind and easy to talk with. 8d definitely recommend a friend.
