I go to this gym and I am SOOO disappointed to find they are just like the rest of these money hungry businesses. (Not surprised, though!)
Even LA Fitness and other gyms who aren't as "judgement free" (lol, yeah okay!) are closed due to this virus... But nope.. Planet Fitness is open and running just like any other day! Not caring about your health! :)
I got MAJORLY sick there last year from some virus, not taking chances when SO MANY businesses are closing to keep people safe from this virus.
This gym doesn't care nor do they not judge..

Great location in the wonderful city of Bartlett. The staff was welcoming as soon as I walked in. Check in process was a breeze, and because of my PF Black Card status I was offered other amaendies(so cool). Plenty of treadmills and ellipticals; limited on free weights but enough to accomplish a good workout. Check this place out for a morning rush or night cap to end the day!

This gym was pretty great for a while. It never seemed too crowded even after work. However, the stair masters are always broken and never seemed to get repaired. The whole reason I got the 20 dollar membership was so I had the option to either workout near the office or near my home. I'm now forced to use the Planet Fitness near my home which is much more crowded and a lot more tedious to workout in.

Gym always has a weird smell and like all gyms they lure you in but there is No one there to actually show you how to use all the equipment correctly or different exercises to do. You are pretty much on your own

I go with my wife. My biggest complaint is that this place is very liberal minded. There is a sign that says no judgement. Then there is that siren that goes off when someone is being a "lunk". So it's a judgement free unless you're carring a gallon water bottle or dress to show off your muscles or if you grunt or drop a weight. So in all reality it is a judgement zone. From the moment I walk in with my wife I feel judged and I have to walk on my toes not to have the siren go off.

Very rude employee. I have Acute Myeloid Leukemia and cannot be exposed to the public. I called to cancel my tanning package included with Silver Sneakers. I was told I HAD to come into the gym. I Can't go anywhere because of my immune system. They have been charging me for services that I haven't used in over a year.

Customer service is there all the time so you never have to worry about being there by yourself but it's easy to join the gym but hard to go

Great place to work out and get in shape. Very clean. Nice, professional staff. State-of-the-art equipment and facilities, as well as amenities. Overall, an excellent facility!

I love it here. The staff are good at what they do and make sure your visit here is grade A satisfaction. Not too busy like some of them other ones which is a plus and showers are much more private.

great gym great equipment very sad staff they act lost and they never can answer anything you need this staff is very badly trained its make me want to leave the entire gym and go else where!!!!!

Did a mitts routine with a brand new fighter. Nothing remotely crazy. Literally just basics. Was told i "can't do that here" won't be back. This "gym" is a joke. Just go into the pizza and donut business

For the basic card price of $11 (with taxes) I think this is a fairly good value (I joined during the $1 down promo.) The gym layout is quite simple and very open, but there are still little corners where you can workout and not be seen. The atmosphere is super laid back, no scantily clad people or screaming lifters. It's great for if you are wanting to do basic lifting/cardio machines, but not so much if you need space to run or do something fancier like box jumps or train with a pullup bar. There is a machine for dips/assisted pullups/chinups but not an actual bar. All in all though, for the price you get a good amount of equipment and a laid back environment; I'd recommend this gym. (The staff is super friendly too!)

The absolute worst gym in the region. Have been going here for over 3 years and the staff consistently gets worse. Nyosha Bryant needs to be fired for this place to ever get better. Spend the extra $10 a month and go to LA fitness, well worth it.

Totally rude, and unhelpful. Turned me around as soon as I walked through the door, and failed to give me a detailed explanation why. I'm charged monthly, but was still unable to workout because of a "technical issue". Do not waste your time, or money.

The people who work at Planet Fitness (Stage Road Bartlett, TN) are so friendly and likeable it's a pleasure to come in to work out. Everything is clean and in good working order. It gets quite busy after 5, that would be my only complaint but without expanding I don't know how it could be helped. I have been to other fitness centers and I think this one is the best.

I love this place!! At first I was on a strict program and even though it's a public gym I still was able to use the equipment when I needed it(just have to know when to come). But now I primarily use the treadmill.

I cancelled my membership years ago in accordance to their policy. I recently went with a friend and after the work out I was going to get a new membership. I was stopped by a team member and told to leave. When I asked why, I was told that I owed them hundreds of dollars and if I didn't pay.. then don't come back. I told them I cancelled the prior membership accordingly and was again told not to come back.

Like most PF locations, the equipment is clean and fairly well maintained. The WiFi speeds are excellent and there are plenty of cardio and weight machines available. I've visited this location twice and both times it's been fairly empty.
