When I signed up the sales guy that gave me the tour said that the pool would be available for swimming at all times unless it was under maintenance, even if there was a pool class, one lane would be available to swim.
The pool class instructor kicked me out of the pool today.
There was plenty space available for swimming. I was able to do one lap before getting kicked out. I had been able to swim when a class was been given on previous occasions.
I'm very disappointed. The pool is the only reason I have the membership.
I informed the front desk about what happened and they confirmed what I was told when I signed up.
Nothing against the instructor. She was not rude at all. Is just that if you are selling a membership telling potential customers that the pool would be available at all times, even when there's a pool class at the time. And that the only time that the pool would not be available is if it was under maintenance, when someone gets kicked out of the pool because there's a pool class, you're not delivering on what you are selling. Not fulfilling your part of the deal.
Please inform your instructors of what you're guaranteeing to potential customers or tell your sales team to not guarantee that to potential customers.
Thank you
