I was an out of town visitor for a week and the staff here made me feel incredibly welcome! It was like my home away from home for the week! The owners are super accommodating, the programming is smart and the coaches are well qualified and detail-oriented. Would highly recommend it!

Very cool gym. Coaching staff is happy to give personal attention. Friendly atmosphere, not so big you get lost in a crowd, definitely not cliquish like many CF gyms are. Good people, no big egos floating around.
