Being a female and on the heavy side i have never once felt insecure or made to feel lousy by any staff member or fellow member. If anything everyones friendly (for the most part) and very motivating.

Place is dirty and disgusting. They never clean the bathrooms, equipment is broken. Needs way more newer equipment. Absolutely dreadful...

be aware about getting a trainer services there, they will make it almost impossible to get out of it , i got injured at work and they charging me 250.00 just to cancel the trainer part and they never explained that to me neither gave me a copy of the contract , they made go to my doctor to get a letter stating that i could not do this work out because my injury , i got the letter took it to them and they send me back to my doctor again to get another letter which i did and still made me to pay 250.00 bad business
they dont give you any choice i will not recommend anybody to this place

... because I got this gym just because I close to where I live. But I would rather drive 20mint to a better gym.

I really enjoy the Jim the atmosphere is always good and the price is very affordable
Every day the music is so loud you can't even hear yourself think. I ask them everyday to bring it down to acceptable level where I can hear my preference of music on my headphones, but it's getting sickining asking daily. The 80s merengue in the mornings is ridiculously loud it gives me headaches...., no cultural variety in music either so don't expect it.

Been coming since day one and still here. The staffs are the best especially my boy Travis.
Pleasant staff all the time..they try their best to accomdate everyone especially in daycare ..they are hardworking and always eager to please meet everyone needs...Trish especially is extremely knowledgable and professional and makes the gym a place I always want to be. She always greets with a smile and that's more than enough to start your day with a positive welcome
This club is a clean comfortable friendly environment. Staff here are very respectful and friendly. A nice place to bring the family.

This fitness center is horrible!!! Customer service is bad they just want your money!!! And the babysit room is terrible terrible , their staff is always on their phone. There eyes are not on the kids, my son got scratch on the chest and he was bleeding and they don't know when it happened and how it happened!!!!!!and guess what they still charge me for another month even I stop going there for over a month!!! This place is a joke, please don't go there you are just gonna waste your money and put your kids in danger
