Since the rebrand and upgrade, I must say the equipment is excellent, this place has a top range of kit for free weight training, machine and cardio - can't fault it. The only downside really is that the shower area is a bit dated and doesn't look great, could do with a bit of investment to call the facility "Luxury".... more
It is now The Athletic Club. Recently remodeled the equipment is mostly new and solid. The lockers are now more substantial and the showers are nice. Trainers are useful.. Good group fitness classes, warm water swimming pool with lap lanes, all the machines were way too good.... more
A nice small workout club in Midtown Crossing. Good classes with a relatively new spin room. Very clean, well staffed, towel service and good locker rooms are a plus. Recent upgrades to equipment has been a nice bonus.... more
This gym is great. I have been going to it for 3 years now. Always friendly staff. Their daycare is great also. They do arts and crafts with the kids and take them into the gymnasium for excersise from time to time.... more
