Downgrading my last review. The employees are nice but baby, read your contract when you sign up. When you cancel, you are charged two months to be able to exit the contract. I've been freezing my unused account for $11 monthly to avoid the fee but the freeze can only last 3 months.... more
Service was fantastic until I requested to cancel because I'm never in town during their business hours. I have not used facility in 6 -8 weeks already. I was told I still have to pay $99 cancellation fee or continue to provide 60 days notice.... more
