This place was highly recommended by a friend who has been attending for years. I was very excited about my first hot yoga experience, but extremely disappointed. I was inexperienced with yoga and received 0 guidance or direction from the instructor, which made me feel very out of place and isolated. I found myself standing there at points unable go hold poses and embarrassed. Sadly, the instructor knew it was my first time and based upon my experience, it was certainly my last with Steamtown Yoga.
As the newly appointed authority on yoga studios/part time saviour of yoga, I will give my stamp of approval for this studio. Yoga Jesus would love to take a 90 minute class sometime but the studio is honestly amazing
