I love the staff and this studio. Everyone is kind and welcoming. It's a great place for all levels. Instructors and staff are all passionate about the practice and make you feel like you're at home.

Excellent studio. It's pretty no-frills here, but all of the instructors are friendly and the community at BYWR is the strongest I've seen in any yoga studio; friendly people that take a genuine interest in one another's lives and welcome all newcomers. BYWR does cater very well to beginning and intermediate students. If you've never been to a Bikram class, go in with an open mind, prepared to listen to the instructors, and you'll do fine! If you're a Bikram yoga veteran, you may find this studio a little less "intense" than some studios, but you know that you'll get a good class by focusing on your own practice and going deep into the postures!
