Both of our girls have attended yoga monsters for years & Sammi still does. She loves going to so that she can recharge, exercise & decompress from her school day. Yoga monsters has given her greater physical flexibility & great mental tools to help her when she gets stressed.... more

Similarly to Amazing Yoga , I feel that this studio caters to a younger crowd. At this studio, however, some of the instructors are a bit more engaged. The classes are also less full than those of Amazing Yoga.... more
