Pranav offers his years of professional experience to help his clients achieve personal fitness goals. It is a one on one setup equipped with cables, dumbbells, barbells, and other basic exercise tools. Pranav will make your goals his goals and help you discover new benchmarks.
One more thing: he likes to stretch...a lot...lol. But it works. Stretching helped me with my shoulder recovery.

Definitely recommend HolisticFit! PJ works with you on your goals, guides you along the journey and modifies program as you progress. He's a great person to learn from

Holistic fit is great! I have done outdoor yoga with her, a yoga and paint night as well as some personal training! Every time I leave Candise I have a smile on my face, and I feel amazing. She works hard with each individual in her class and helped me with not only strength training, but also meditation and goal setting. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Candise and Holostic fit!

PJ at HolisticFit would be a great trainer for you if you are bored with (and/or have had poor results from) the standard gym routine, and want to actually enjoy exercising again. No two workouts are ever the same but he will keep you inspired and advancing toward your fitness goal, having fun along the way. Highly recommended!

Coming from someone who was initially apprehensive to the idea of adopting a healthier lifestyle with exercise and nutrition adjustments, I cannot stress enough how much having Pranav as a personal trainer has improved the overall quality of my life. He has made me feel at ease in the "workout" setting, and his approach has served me better than the "box gym" approach. He finds ways to provide helpful, useful stretches/movements/tips geared towards the lifestyle you are striving for, comfort level, personality, etc. all while encouraging you to work towards being a better version of yourself. I highly recommend Holistic Fit if you are looking for a positive, lasting change!

If you have any doubts, don't. Although I have been working out for years, PJ brought to light several flaws in my form in a span of a single session. He expressed his thoughts patiently and intelligently and always sought confirmation from me if I understood what he was saying exactly. Not only did he make my flaws transparent, but he recommended several techniques to correct them and I can confidently say his words have made all the difference in my exercise and everyday life. Holistic Fit isn't merely about growing bigger or becoming stronger, but about choosing to take care of your body to optimize everyday function through proper posture and mobility. He reminds you of how great it can be to live in your body. As someone who works in the hospital for hours on end, PJ's advice is a blessing. I walked into his facility aching and tired and left feeling re-energized and baptized. He has done and continues to do his research, maintains complete professionalism, and is well-spoken and genuinely interested in your health and helping you become the best version of yourself. Give him a visit. I promise you your body will thank you for it.

Can't say enough great things about my time spent at Holistic Fit with PJ. He is knowledgeable, patient, and extremely kind to his clients. PJ pays special attention to proper form as to avoid injury, and is also great for recommending stretches and exercises that help with lower back pain that I have. The location is great and free parking is a plus! If you're interested in improving your physical health, i highly recommend booking sessions with this trainer.

I walked in with a desire to start weight training but no prior experience. PJ made the process extremely easy and approachable. He had answers for all my questions and concerns and gave recommendations to improve fitness in other areas for my life as well.

PJ is a great trainer. I particularly appreciate how he can adapt the workout to clients' specific needs and that he teaches me routines that I can do in my own time. Besides all that, PJ is respectful and fun to work with. The space and equipments are all nice and clean. I don't have lots of experience with personal training, but as of now I am very much satisfied with HolisticFit.

PJ is not only a great personal trainer, but a great and genuine person in general! He really takes the time to focus on technique and posture to make sure you aren't damaging your body in the process. I had some issues with lower back pain and he really listened and formulated exercises to work around these issues. PJ will make you feel comfortable and motivated to work out (which for me was a big deal), and it's easy to see that he sincerely cares about his clients. He takes in to account not only your physical well being, but your mental well being as well, which is a hard combo to find. Great person to talk to, and even better person to learn from. Definitely worth the money and time, be sure to check out holisticfit! Thanks PJ
