Great yoga studio dedicated to Ashtanga. Classes for newbies to advanced, including Mysore! The teachers are encouraging and well trained. Love it!

I finally found what I've been looking for: a challenging yet inclusive physical practice, dedicated knowledgeable teachers, a loving community & the chance to be a student of a tradition that can take me as deep as I want to go. Can't give it enough stars.
