Visited last week and the awesome energy this place has is such a treat. Had the best massage with Javier and felt amazing afterward. Wish it was a little closer to my home. Will visit again real soon. Great place!!
Illume is the best yoga studio in Pittsburgh! Knowledgeable instructors, beautiful and relaxing space, and also convenient (in Downtown). All the classes are worth checking out and their yoga wall is a great way to deepen your practice. 10/10 will always recommend.
Elevate everything you do to another level, whether it be running, baseball, tennis, swimming ... whatever. I have noticed a big difference. Investing in your health is always a good thing. I love it here.
Love this place! I experienced the deprivation tank and the steam bed. Can't wait to try the other modalities! Such a wonderful atmosphere for relaxing and wellness. Yoga is offered too! The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. Recommend.
Just walking through the door of this place brings peace. And the calming energy stays with you long after you leave! Javier is an amazing masseuse and the dry pod was blissfully hot and detoxifying. The sound therapy calmed and energized me at the same time (you have to experience it, believe me) and the huge showers in the back were the perfect end to my first time here. I would highly highly recommend to everyone! Oh, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and can guide you through the modalities to find the perfect experience.

The schedule and variety of classes is extensive. I've talked with a few of the coaches and they all have the right attitude to keep me coming back.
