Before coming to Brick by Brick, I hadn't worked out in 8 months and had gained a significant amount of weight. I knew that I needed to get back into fitness but the idea of going to a huge corporate gym with a million people kept me away. I was also intimidated by a lot of intense workout styles such as crossfit. I read some reviews about Brick by Brick and I liked how it was more of a small group training atmosphere with no more than 8 people per session. Walking into a "Rocky style" gym as I like to call it lol (meaning more free weights and not many workout machines) was intimidating at first, but from day 1 everyone was super welcoming and helpful. While working with Dillon, you can really tell he has a passion for fitness and for helping people become healthier versions of themselves. He takes the time to personalize certain workouts for what he believes you need to work on and is always supportive and encouraging, even if you have no idea how to do something! I'm always asking what a certain workout is for and he always has an explanation to why we do it and how it's helping my body.
All in all, Brick by Brick has completely changed my view of what a gym is. Definitely check it out and see what it's about!! I'm super glad I did!
