To give honest feedback, I've been impressed by this program. CrossFit Mt Lebo can cater to wherever you're at or whatever you want to accomplish. There are serious athletes that compete in worldwide crossfit competitions. There are people just trying to get into shape and they can scale down workouts to something manageable, no matter what level. If you're like me and don't want to be a competitive crossfitter, but want to improve fitness and focus your effort, they have that. The community is good as well, encouraging you to improve, respectful of the rules of the gym, and serious enough to their individual pursuits but not in-your-face about their accomplishments. Like any athletic program, attendance is a bit of a financial investment, but the more often you go and the more serious you are about whatever endeavor you're trying, the more it's worth it. You can go to a community class on Saturday for free, then try a drop in for a course for a small price during the week so you can try it before you buy it so to say. Been a great ride working out here for the time I've been at Pittsburgh!
