I've been going to Palladino Martial Arts for a little less that a year now. The coaches are great and the class sizes are small, so you get lots of one-on-one time while training. I'm a professional so the evening classes easily fit into my schedule. I also like like that the attitude of the coaches and the students is very laid back, not a bunch of alpha males trying to prove how tough they are. Just time well spent learning techniques and getting a good hard workout.
