Most affordable group classes in the area and the instructors are very professional but also personable. Only complaint is the actual facility. It's pretty out dated and could use some TLC.

The curly hair receptionist is big hot 5/5, she deserves to be on salary along with a 7 dollar raise. Gym was clean and smells like lemons
Too expensive, building needs major renovation, weight room is too tight. They charge 6 dollars if you use a credit card, didn't tell me on the phone, 5 dollars cash because they don't want to pay the processing fees.

More people in this area need to know about this gym. it's got a goofy building structure (its a maze!) but the staff are friendly and they have the best equipment around. Any serious lifter or professional athlete knows this is one of the few places to train at.
