The online hours show it opens at 9am, but not until 9:30 for 10am meeting. I went in to get some info for the new freestyle program and the woman who "helped" me was awful. She seemed very antsy to get me out of the way to get people weighed in and kept rattling off numbers to join there. Super interested in waving to guests walking in the door :)
Staff was not friendly in my opinion. I am bulimic and want to relearn how to eat and found my experience to help get myself back on track disappointing. I am a HUGE fan of good customer service, they fail!
