Great staff, clean facilities and a killer workout! After my first class I was sore for days, but I still came back as soon as I could for round 2. Every instructor has a different style, and it's interesting to find what works best for you while also being able to work at your own pace.... more
Loved the place, but note that the owner shut down the gym last week. Will miss the place as the price was fair and the equipment hardly broke.. I personally visited this gym in hopes of joining.... more
On the gym: -The gym is old -Floors are uneven in the dumbbell area -Equipment is old -Stair machines are old, always breaking and one is rusted -Ceiling has a huge hole in it with moldy sheetrock -Bathrooms are dirty and smell -Buckets catch water from leaks On other options: Planet Fitness - cheap and new, very well maintained City Fitness - more money, but a premium gym and experience On canceling: They will cite a "2 month notice" policy in your contract in which you have two pay 2 month's fee for no reason, so an additional $100 that they pocket.... more
I would give this club O stars if possible. Not only is the club itself sub-bar , they will take advantage of you with rate increases, and annual fees. When you try and cancel, they will still try and charge you an annual fee and not let you out of your membership easily.... more
I feel sorry for the investors. Has potential but awful sales department. This attempt to have an exclusive, snobby atmosphere hinders the possible revenue this gym can generate. I cringed when I left, since I was considering joining.... more

A good place to get your "sweat" on as the name suggest. Many new-fangled gym machines to help build your muscles. The black and yellow theme and inspirational grunts from other patrons will bring out the true warrior inside.... more
Very low quality equipment. Like out of a 70s high school weight room. The bars have no knurling. Passyunk staff is nice. Broad st staff quite rude.. Terrible experience. Hours are not accommodating.... more
Basic gym, good price, friendly staff. Just make sure to get a receipt if you cancel your membership!. It's a nice gym with good equipment and amenities so long as you go outside of 4 - 7 PM.... more
What's not to like day spa and the pools are awesome.. During the WEEK Presidential City is a great place to live. The staff is friendly and they do a tremendous job. The grounds are properly and beautifully kept.... more
