Good selection of well maintained equipment. Staff is helpful. Most people follow the house rules. Price is Right.

So far it's okay. There is a great variety of equipment. I haven't experienced having to wait to use the equipment. The lady that signed me up was a little over the top but once signed up I I don't really need to interact with the staff. She was extremely loud and high strung like she was hopped up on something. I appreciate the simplified pricing. There's no high pressure salespitch. They have 2 plans and the pricing is affordable. There's a $10 month plan or $22 a month plan. One thing they could improve on. They need to do a better job cleaning the machines. Also they have bowls of candy at the counter and bagel day. I could do without the temptation at the gym .

Very clean equipment and friendly staff. People are well mannered and mind their own business. Parking is not very difficult considering its location

I read a response to someone else's review about the lack of squat racks or barbells to deadlift and bench press. I almost choked on my laughter when I read the owner's response, "Because this equipment could encourage workouts that intimidate our members." You have you to be kidding me. What if I'm intimidated by people running on the treadmill? Couldn't a guy doing tricep pushdowns on the universal intimidate somebody? Why have any equipment at all?

Brand new gym. New equipment and kept well. Nice to have a large chain gym in a small town area. Affordable membership. Only con is that it's in a small town and you're bound to bump into someone you know. So if you don't like chit-chat or small talk, I would suggest you go elsewhere.

It's very convenient, with the 24-hour service but a lot of soyim and noseburgs.. Also every TV is tuned to liberal bs.. Guess that's the area tho

This gym makes no sense to me how at the end of every month can you give people at the gym a slice of pizza it's like saying Hey guys since you're doing so good at this halfway house why don't we all smoke some crack

Went to inquire about a membership. The lot behind the gym was packed. Waited 10 minutes for someone to leave so I could park. Finally entered. Kids "working" at counter didn't greet me. I had to break up their conversation to alert them I was there. Asked if someone could show me around. Nope, but I could walk around myself. Looked in the bathroom. Gross. Urine on floor, toilet paper in toilets, trash full. Do not recommend this gym.

I love planet fitness. Besides the choice of free weights one can really get a full on well workout here. Satisfaction is always fullfilled here. Welcoming and happy staff, the workout machines are always working and never broken. None of the leather on the machines are torn or ripped. All machines look in tip top shape ready for the next hard working person to get their workout sets on. Everyone here respects the sanitation and good hygiene rule and cleans the machine immediately after workout. I love it here.

I have been a member since they opened, last February. Cleanliness has become a problem. It does not look like a facility that is just short of a year old. new stuff must eventually get cleaned. It appears that the budget also does not provide for hot water. This has also been a problem since they opened. I appears to be time to find a new gym. That is a shame since it is a very convenient location.
PS - the only reason for one star is that at least one star is required to post a comment.

The nightshift employee lance is incredibly helpful and courteous. He really makes spending my nights here enjoyable and the gym is always very clean on his shifts. He's also quite the gander to look and exquisite to talk with in-between exercises.

Wow! This review is going to sound ridiculous. I'm currently at the gym - I drive a $90,000 BMW which I don't want to park in the back of the lot and risk it being scratched so I parked out front in the metered parking. It is metered from 9-5pm and it's around 1pm - I went in and tried to break a $5 bill so I could pay the meter. They only had 5 quarters and were "light" on $1s so they told me they couldn't break it. I said I don't really care, keep the $3.75 extra and give me the 5 quarters, I just don't want a ticket. They said, no, but I'll check the other register. The other register also had 5 quarters - so I said ok fine, I'll take the 10 quarters, you keep the extra $2.50. They said no that would leave them too short on quarters - so I offered $5 for 3 quarters - they said no.
So now, my options are to leave and get change elsewhere, when they literally have 3 times the amount of quarters I'm trying to get change for or to get a ticket.
I guess I'm getting a ticket and they're getting a negative review. It's laughable that they turned a situation that could have easily been happily satisfied for me and wildly profitable for them into such an expensive and negative nightmare. Time to retrain the manager. Please. I don't want to have to switch gyms over incompetence.

10/15/17 Late night staff are slackers. Filthy men's locker room, mop bucket, open chemicals left out. Trash littered, urine soaked floors, disgusting! Signed in, worked out, an hour later everything was untouched. It appears the cleaning supplies were left out to give the appearance of someone working. Staff can be found watching videos on cell phones chatting away at the front desk. Use your cameras and see for yourself.

It's new.. so everything looks good and works properly. The staff is also super nice. The best of all - you can't beat their membership prices :)
