This center is old school. Free weights , no distractions. High intensity nothing but power !!!
Staff are awesome. Easy going atmosphere. Everyone makes you feel comfortable. Easy access to equipment without having to wait.
Nirvana is one of the only remaining gyms with with unlimited natural steel weight plates. There's also plenty of machines to use which is helpful for those who are rehabbing and just starting out.
This is an old school gym with tons of good equipment, great workout environment for the fitness enthusiast who's serious about training! The staff is always courteous and friendly, brand new treadmills are a plus! This is truly a hidden gem...
Not the cleanest or the best equipment, but if you're serious about weight training this is the place to go. Especially if you've gotten the end of the dumbbell rack at planet fitness.
My first visit to this gym was today on 6/4/19. Very helpful gym host at the front desk. My family and I came here for my son to start a workout but we decided to stay and workout with him. We had a great workout and burned calories on the excellent equipment they have there. Great atmosphere to do your business. Women and Men bathrooms has a shower, lockers, a stall but no door, just curtains. Its conveniently located next to a family dollar if you forgot a towel or need a drink while your at the gym. We will be returning for more workouts here without a doubt.

My experience was good lots of free weights i made great gains and built some relationships with other lifters as well and aencouraging .. Good gym and close to home
Great place to work out and get healthy. O you need a water fountain grow up its a little to dirty for you wipe it down did i say grow up already. Its cheap tons of weights and equipment and its always empty. Sounds good to me
Worst gym ever rusted, very old equipment, cancel membership 2 months ago and still charge me very inconvenient try to cancel many times they wanted a written cancelation. Very incovenient, they alteast should make the gym more desirable .SMH
if you want no bullshit work out,tons of weight it's the place..if u want a knitting circle the go to planet fitness
Well, its a gym for men mostly. You will see all types of bulking, guys piled around the one who can lift the most and drops from failed attemps. Thia is tge type of gym planet fitness makes fun of. The best part about this place is that its almost always empty. Never seen it full. Customer service is a joke, equipment needs some HIGH maintenance and NEEDS an update. But, they are happy with the grunt look of a decaying gym. Im right down the street from so i dont have to think about the locker room but i do have to bring a dottle everytime cause there are no fountains. If i could guve a 0, i could, but because its close and i dont have huge sets at home, a 1 is accurate.
Bottom line: this is a very manly gym, dont think about getting too much good cardio in. Better off staying at home because the stretch room is dirty and dusty from lack of use. You can use the scale though, that works. You can also use what ever area you are in to stretch a little, but again, the place is filthy and manly messy cause i have to move weights out of the way first.
Its guys gym. Sorry ladies. Gonna have to turn those headphones up louder.
