I have been a member for three years now and have seen a decline in service and cleanliness of the gym. There are often issues with the sound equipment for the classes. My payments are automatically deducted and out of nowhere the amount deducted was increased without anyone notifying me!!!

Very nice atmosphere and the staff members are very polite. Lots of things to do, cinema exercise room, regular exercise equipment, bicycle exercise , yoga,zumba and more, just amazing.

The customer service at this place is horrible. A bunch of kids that do not know how to talk or conduct business. Do not spend your money here! The girl Holly is ignorant and needs to go back to school. She could not comprehend anything I said and because of it was being disrespectful. If you do not like your job, get another one or do better so you can have better!

Sooo.. why is the men's restroom so stink? I think this will be my call to the health Inspector. I am paying for a membership! so fix it. If you agree with me. Please post a comment. I will wait for one week until I email the Corp n health dept.

Just joined this gym. Its seemed nice in there, and was bigger than i thought. The staff were very nice and showed me around. They have classes which is a plus. I hope to make this journey habitual. I would recommend to anyone, same price as the other ones, with classes you can take so its a win, win!

I love it here! The staff is always helpful, many different types of equipment to chose from and the free classes are awesome! But what I love most is being able to workout while watching a movie on the big screen! Love it!

Love the gym the only thing that's wrong with the gym is people sit on the machines and do not use them having a conversation take your ass home or meet at a restaurant for that

I love this gym I hate going to the gym but this place gives me something to look forward to. The group instructors are awesome I love the group of aerobic classes especially the spin classes. I absolutely love the cinema that they have in there so that I can become distracted while watching a movie by the time I know it my workout is over and it's more of a private experience in the cinema. I have no complaints I enjoy going to this gym okay maybe one... They need to add more music to the playlist or something because I swear every time I go there to work out I keep hearing the same songs over and over and over and over and over and over and over... LOL

Staff are in desperate need of customer service training. Very unprofessional from Ryan the supervisor / collection agent to Brandon the trainer who work only with people his age to Al who could not explain billing to me without using street slang and Ebonics.

Do not join this health club!!!!!!
The equiptment are limited and old.
They are relentless in trying to bill you even after you've cancelled you membership.
THERE ARE MUCH BETTER CLUBS OUT There.
Customer service is terrible INCLUDING THEIR CORPORATE HEAD QUARTERS.

Bought a Groupon deal here. My first day I had a mock training session and when it was over they were overly pushy in having me sign up with a PT. Not for the prices thank you very much.
Love body pump with Kaleb. Pretty intense, must try this one out. I enjoy step class and ab blast. Yoga was okay (no intense poses like half moon) and body combat was an interesting class. I took advanced jazz because that was what being offered when I was there so I thought what the heck..that was awful. I do not know jazz so I felt very uncomfortable being there.

Love some you fit,staff are awesome very knowledgeable of what their doing.and the facility is extremely clean. And they have a day care how freaking cool is that for mothers like my self,love it,and my kids love it.

Poorly run. Personal clicks within the staff toward memmbers. Memberships terminated if u assist another member with their workout. Nothing states that its against policy if you guide (help) with workouts and you're not one of the Youfit "Trainers". I've been to many gyms and I've never heard of actions by a gym taken like this at least without warning. If that is infact policy, don't say "We've been watching you for at least a week and a half training the same person". Well if its policy or not, why the Hell would you let that much time go by without addressing it?!

This is the first gym I've joined in over ten years, and I'm glad I did. I was a little uncertain about joining a gym as they make me anxious, but that's not the case here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The other members are either friendly or standoff-ish, which is exactly what I was looking for.
The place is kept clean, mostly. I've noticed the women's bathroom can get grody during evening hours, especially Thursdays. I don't take any of the group fitness classes, but I've heard they are very popular and have a "cult" following (staff member's description).
The machines are in working order, but a few of them have headphone jacks that just don't work well at all.
I can't say this is a negative for the gym, but I definitely see members NOT wiping down the machines after using them. So if you join this place, you should probably wipe the machine before using it.

This gym is very unprofessional. They took 200 dollars off my card that I canceled. This transaction was unauthorized especially after I canceled my membership. The manager acted like he didn't want to talk to me and he didn't help me one bit.
