Very good people, they're kind.
I have been going to the Fortaleza facility, Hunting park location for the past 5 weeks due to an injury.When I first started attending, my pain level was 9. Today as I am leaving my pain level is a 2.The staff is excellent.They are knowledgeable, personable and professional.The exercises really help in the healing process.I liked the up- to- date equipment and the music.My favorite was the text messages that were sent to remind me of my next appointment.I recommend Fortaleza, Hunting park location to anyone that has been hurt and is seeking a good physical therapist. Me and my granddaughter have been coming to this facility for 10 years for an assortment of issues. My granddaughter 3 times for sprains and 2 fractures to her ankles, and me for 2 hip replacements. I have not used a cane anymore after my therapy was done. I have recommended this facility to every one who was looking for therapy or gym. The staff here are highly professional, knowledgeable, motivated, and caring. I give this facility 10 stars. I am now here for therapy after recent neck fusion. I won't go anywhere else.
The staff is amazing! Very courteous, professional, and friendly to be around. They make you feel at home here. I highly recommend coming here for PT.
They services is the best, soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile all the people in the back are great with services that each patient needs ...love it I'll really recommend this place ,also they have van services to pick you up an drop off...try it you won't regret it.

1st impression? Not welcoming at all. Noone smiled. Noone said welcome to Fortalesa, we are happy to have your service. When the Aide came out to call my daughter, she never introduced herself and discussed the plan of action. She just handed my faughter a cushion to place under her knee and to start doing the exercises assigned. The Aide did walk my kid through the exercises, but has yet to introduce herself. We are not going to get personal, its all about the business. Lol. The actual therapist has yet to come out and introduce himself and discuss a plan of action with me, mom. Not sure how Im feeling ,but facts are they need to improve on customer service. A smile goes a long way.

This place in run by individuals that does not take people seriously. The receptionist is rude. And her co-worker as well she told me that I can speak with her Supervisor he was nice at first then he was acting like his co-worker. This place is not a great with people.

I had been coming here for foot therapy for about 2 months and i love it, the staff here a really helpful, friendly, caring and are always looking for the best interest of your comfort, from the girls in the front to the staff in the back. Definitely recommended.
It was very clean, they were very nice, gave me excellent suggestions, they were very warm, and I would recommend them to any one. Matter of fact if I need therapy again I will go there, and they offer transportation.

I come here about 5 days a week and the service here is amazing great friendly staff love coming here best gym I signed up for.

My husband was a patient and had a lapse in medical coverage well for 3 weeks now he being told he has to wait a week for an appointment and also I had the prescription faxed last week fo the new ins and was told it was received but when I called this morning they told me they didn't have it. Also I let them know he needs therapy for they are going to have to re operate cause his muscles locked and he can't walk. I was given an uhh well I'll call you back. Everything is set on our end so why am I being given the run around.
first of all I tried to get my first appointment on my day off and they said I have to wait for them to call and give me an appointment. Then they close early too. How is a person going to get my appointment, so much for physical therapy.
It's a multiple stores, a rehabilitation center, Smith pharmacy is located there, they even have a gym with the latest equipment for every one.
I really like to go there. The staffs are so nice. They treat you like family. I recommend this place to anyone. If you don't speak English, don't worry, they all speak Spanish.
