I've been training with Frank for almost 6 months now and using the gym when not doing personal training. Everything is topnotch from the staff to the equipment. I have made amazing changes in my body and have Level 1 to thank for pointing me in the right direction!
Been a member here since June, gym is always very clean, great size, good combo of machines and free weights. Has definitely been worth it!
Of all the gyms I've been to over the past 10 years (and I've been to a lot), Level 1 is, hands down, the best. Frank, the owner/manager, utilized a nice, open two-tier floor plan to incorporate sections of fitness equipment tailored to meet the goals of adult athletes of all ages and conditions. Quality weights. Quality people. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the city.
A friendly, uncrowded gym with good equipment. It's very well maintained and clean. It has a relaxed atmosphere and is unintimidating for people who want to start a regular workout routine. The rates are fair. It really has a neighborhood feel to it and I enjoy that as I'm a recent transplant to Philadelphia.
