Great gym! Not too big. Not too small. Friendly, helpful, and responsive staff. The manager is friendly, alert and accessible. He is always on the lookout for ways to improve the user experience. Excellent, friendly and knowledgable personal trainer on staff....the best so far.

One of the least packed gyms I've been to in Northern Liberties and Old City area. Nice that it's 2 floors - breaks up the workout from cardio vs lifting very well. The upstairs fitness class room is never used when I'm there. People use it for doing their workout without a crowd. You get the whole room to yourself.
The price is to be expected, but I wish they had more perks that came with it. They have a massage parlor company in the same building, and a hair salon/barbor upstairs. If these were all a part of the gym instead of separate businesses/costs, it'd be a no brainer to get a membership here if you are anywhere in the area. If only!
No frills and can feel a bit cramped when busy. But the front desk folks are nice and there's usually cardio equipment available. Some of the machines can use some fixing and the big exercise room certainly needs newer yoga mats. Also wish they had more than one rowing machine.

Every equipment is old, for example, some seats are torn as if someone ate them or treadmill screams with you when you're running on it.
Friendly staff, but this gym is just out for your money. They didn't tell me that there's a 60 day cancellation notice when I joined and a $100 fee to cancel. I precisely remember because that is the very first question I asked and told me no, I can cancel anytime. They managed to waive the fee, but I had to pay the next month because they will amend to 30 day cancellation notice instead of 60 days. I also asked if this will be a locked year contract, and they advised that it is not. Turns out that I was!
This gym is probably the most misrepresenting gym I ever encountered. What a fraud!
The equipment is decent and the staff is friendly. However, the wifi is really bad, and although I have informed them of this several times, nothing has been done about it. They have also failed to open the gym on time during the weekends. I faced this issue once but have heard from others that this is a regular occurrence. The men's bathroom isn't always in the best condition.

I come here everyday an hour and a half before closing. At most there are 8 people in the gym, and 4 of them are staff. It's like having my own personal gym. Weights are always stacked in their place, it's clean, and staff is nice. It has all I want in a gym. It has 2 squat racks, and 1 Smith machine rack. The knurling on the barbells has good grip without tearing your skin.

Like alot of members, I didn't know this gym was open. Now that I know it is, I went and I can't wait to go again. I give it 5 stars because it met every expectation and then some. I recommend it 2 anyone and everyone.

Review changed to one star due to the cancellation process. I have spent the last 3 hours on the phone and looking online and still have no idea how to cancel. Predatory practices are a good way to make sure I never sign up again.

Gym is ok, classes are ok. Place is falling apart
Great environment and a good mix of equipment available. I don't think there is anything missing from their gym. Good kettlebells, free weights, machines and cardio equipment. The heavy bag is also a great plus.
Great gym, great staff and never seems crowded. Just has small locker room. Either they don't have a plumber or the guy doesn't know what he's doing bc the urinal in mens room is always outta commission
Been a member for over 4 years. A very good friendly staff and well maintained facilities. You also can go to the other Sweat gyms in and around the city. Never mentioned in reviews but true, most if not members are friendly and helpful.

Great staff and good equipment. The locker rooms are kinda small but I've never seen it crowded. The showers are clear. With great water pressure. They offer shower towels and a hair dryer, which is a big plus.
A good range of equipment for exercising Plus classes all in my neighborhood.
