After I participated in a Strength Bootcamp, I realized that the same old gym routine just wasn't cutting it for me any longer. Before my first bootcamp I really doubted my abilities and thought it would be too tough for me to get through the end of the 5 weeks sessions. Now, I am stronger, healthier and really look forward to the sessions. The trainers always do an excellent job motivating us to push ourselves to get through our workout while making it fun but also make sure that modifications are available. I highly recommend Strength Personal Training!

John Edwin and his trainers are knowledgeable and know how to push you past what you think you can achieve!

Investing in personal training with John has been one of the best decisions I've made in the past year! He is a PHENOMENAL trainer. Supportive, funny, and tough. He represents the company well and has guided me to push my own physical boundaries safely.

Although you are guaranteed to laugh when John trains you, make no mistake. He WILL push you to your maximum physical level---and it feels great!

Women's strength bootcamp was an incredible experience. It definitely took my fitness to a whole new level.
I highly recommend it!
