Colleen is my trainer at this location at she's amazing! Her instruction is thorough and my form, strength and overall endurance has improved immensely. I can only get there maybe twice a week with my hectic schedule and my friends, family and colleagues notice a difference in how I carry myself and how my body is changing and getting slimmer and stronger. I've been going for a little over two months and I noticed that I engage my core a lot more in regular, every day activities (that is something I never could have said in my whole lifetime.) It's amazing how your body has the memory to just start moving correctly and protecting itself from injury once you've trained it with the right movements!

The studio atmosphere is a great setup for someone just starting out doing a serious workout regimen. It can be an emotional rollercoaster and luckily I have a trainer who is so well versed in loads of different nutritional plans, dietary needs, etc. I've been a raw foodist, a vegan, a vegetarian, a meat eater, etc. Colleen knows the upsides and downsides to all of these and educates you along the way. She motivates with attainable fitness, lifestyle and food goals that really deliver lasting results. I'm stronger, more goal oriented and confident in my everyday life because of this experience. Highly recommended and a good value. Don't waste your money on personal trainers at the big gyms. You're better off investing in your future with an expert like Colleen for a way better return on your time, money, mental and physical investment.
