The best personal trainer in the business. If you need that extra instruction to drop the weight and get in shape, then contact Joey and the crew! Amazing experience. Yes get there on time. Punctuality is a virtue. If you can't get to an appointment on time then you have no self control and won't be able to train. Highly appreciate the structure.

I agree with the previous reviewer. I knocked on the door at exactly 6pm for my class and it was locked. Contrary to the gym owner's response to the previous review, it doesn't state anywhere on classpass that the gym policy is to lock the door at exactly the start time of the class. In addition, the gym is difficult to find. If the owner is intersted in new clients, it might be helpful to give better directions to the location. The gym is on the forth floor of a building that, despite listing many other internal businesses, does not list this gym. I find it silly that if there had been an elevator to the 4th floor, or directions as to which out of three different sets of staircases I should use, I would have been there with 5 minutes to spare and granted entrance. Very disappointed.
