Love the studio and instructors here! Super challenging workout without being high impact - there really isn't a workout quite like it. The instructors are all friendly and knowledgeable. Thank Steph and team for running a great studio in our neighborhood :-)
It's an incredible workout and the instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. The workout is not easy, but don't be discouraged by that. Take it at your own pace, you will see results the more you go.
Had a great first class with Jennifer. She demoed each move during the class which was super helpful, and I felt like I got a great full body workout. I'll be back for sure!

I can't say enough good things about SFS! From my very first class about 6 months ago until now, I never get sick of this workout and have loved every instructor I've taken. You must give this studio a try!
Sculpt Fitness Studio classes are my new favorite workout! I've tried so many different studios and workouts but after trying Sculpt, I was hooked and have been coming back religiously ever since. Every class is different and challenging. All the instructors are amazing and really focus on proper form, which you unfortunately don't find everywhere. I highly recommend Sculpt - you'll get a full body workout like you've never had before!

A life changing workout that truly sculpts and tones my body, triggering shakes of muscle fibers I've never felt before. I love the Megaformer machine and couldn't be happier this studio brought it to philly. The owner is sweet as pie and is truly an awesome teacher to all levels of clients. Highly recommended!!
