I really like this studio. My only complaint is some of the teachers don't respect the class time. Going over by 5, 10, 15 minutes is unacceptable. One teacher in particular got irritated when someone got up and left.. but people pay for parking, have other obligations, etc.

Had an amazing class, super experienced and pro instructor. She worked the room, I totally felt supported when needed and encouraged at the right moments to keep with the flow. Music and class theme where spot on, relevant and amazing. Laid back, welcoming vibe.
Highly recommend!

Nice boutique studio. Fairly clean. The class had a nice flow. However as a first timer and being new to the studio, the teacher didn't help me with my posture and yoga poses. I was at least expecting her to adjust me and help with alignment. She didnt make any contact or connection with me at once. I sensed it was very cliquey and she did cater to the more experienced yogis. Definitely not the place for new yogis and beginners or if you need assistance during your practice every now and then. And for a $17 drop in fee the teachers should be more mindful and helpful.I won't be returning back.

I attended the second class during their Grand Opening today. Gotta love a free class to check out a new studio!

The studio has a clean look and is very spacious. The reception area and the studio space had easily enough room for the 30+ people that attended my class. This is often an issue with other studios. Also, the temperature was perfect.

Julia was a great instructor that allowed me to practice at my own pace, but at the same time I did feel driven to push myself. A good combo.

They sell some healthy drinks and snacks up front. Took a quick look at the menu, would have grabbed a snack if I wasn't headed to brunch.

All in all, I will be coming back. I had a great experience

Glad that they have a variety of instructors to focus on all of the different goals of yoga practice. I really liked that they did walk around and fix you if the class wasn't busy.

The studio is very modern, but as others have mentioned, not too pretentious. I personally like having mirrors, because then I can see if I need to adjust myself, but I guess the point of yoga is that you should FEEL the differences in doing the pose properly or not. So the studio doesn't have mirrors, but it is spacious which I like. I feel a little claustrophobic though with no mirrors, no windows, plus the heat. Heat is about 95 which is hot.. not bikram hot.. but you will want a shower after.

The 1.25 hour class goes by pretty quickly too. Sometimes vinyasa can get boring with the constant repetition of the vinyasa flow, but I didn't feel like that here!
