Most of my life, though I often walk or hike, I never worked out or went to a gym. But, as a senior citizen, I'm very fortunate to have found BodyBlast. Now I train twice a week with Stephen or Brandon and am finally doing something to keep myself healthy and in decent shape. There's a very friendly, encouraging and cheerful atmosphere supported by all the BodyBlast people. Though I have retired and no longer work near the Philadelphia gym, I still look forward to coming in to the city to train here. I love how vigorous I feel when I leave each session. Also, when sometimes I need to switch my session time, Tori is very helpful and accommodating in working out a different slot. All in all, it works for me!
