I have had a problem logging into a site that I was interested in getting a membership through. I emailed your customer service and have yet to receive a response. I want my money refunded ASAP and I will inform our HR department of your lack of response! Very very poor customer service!!
When I cancelled my gym membership, the gym cancelled with them but doesn't report to globalfit so I kept getting charged. So you have to make sure to cancel with both places even though the membership is with the gym. The system pretty much guarantees money for globalfit in the interim
Kim Hunt was oustanding. Quick call, quick resolution! But on top of that I have paid for my gym membership through Global fit for more than 7 years now. It has always been an excellent rate as compared to what others are paying.
I have been trying to reach out to "my representative" and their main line for over a week to sign up for a membership. I recieved one voicemail but the guy said he would only be in the office for another 5 minutes. There is a lack of customer service. I would rather spend the extra money going through the gym. It's not even worth the savings. Disappointed.

Seemed legit when I first signed up. However my contract expired 4 months ago but they're still taking money from my credit card each month. Customer service says I need to contact ABC financial since they do not handle billing and ABC financial gives an automated message to contact the gym directly. When you sign a contract that ends on a certain date you expect your charges to end that day as well. I should not have been charged repeatedly after the contract ended and I definitely do not appreciate being sent on this wild goose chase just to stop being billed 4 months after my contract ended. Absolute waste of time and terrible customer service. I will also be reporting this to the BBB.

They wanted to charge me $50 to get a $0 initiation "deal" at 24 hour fitness. I called 24 hour fitness and they have never heard of this company. The initiation fee at 24 hour fitness was cheaper than what this company tried to get me for. The gym even gave me a discount, I paid $12.50.

Was able to get assistance quickly. The rep was very patient and helpful, she was able to answer all my questions, and help me finally get a gym membership :)

My insurance company said they could give me a discounted rate on a gym membership, and when I enquired, it turned out to be globalfit. They were really helpful and emailed me a list of gyms that I could join in my neighborhood. There were gyms on the list that I had no awareness of! I ended up finding one that was perfect for me with free parking and a pool and convenient hours. When I called globalfit back to set it up, the woman on the phone actually recognized my voice and remembered me from the first phone call! I count that good service. They were able to give me a substantial discount at a no commitment month-to-month rate - much better than what the gym was offering alone. I wish that I had gotten the name of the person who was helping me, because she was very pleasant and friendly. I am pleased with globalfit's performance.
Our company switched to using globalfit recently and I have had nothing but problems - random submissions being declined for no reason, constantly emailing customer support, and bad customer service. Sometimes it takes over a month to make any progress on a claim.
Tried calling Customer Service for 2 weeks, never could get past hold. Finally got contacted only to find out the "discount" is more than what I already pay at the same exact gym. Scam company.

Kim Hunt helped me and I was so impressed by her professionalism, efficiency and friendliness. I received a card in the mail showing that I am now in the SilverSneakers program and Kim started the refund process for me immediately. She was always responsive and it was so refreshing to work with someone who made me feel that she cared about helping me! Ms. Hunt models excellent customer service.

I found out about globalfit threw my employee discount program. I am very grateful for Kim Hunt for assisting me in the program. She explained everything to me in detail. I signed up for planet fitness the same day
I've been using GlobalFit since 2015 and I hadn't had an issue until recently. I moved and the new location didn't have updated information for my contract. Kim was extremely helpful in assisting me to resolve this issue. She followed up with me the same day and advised that she had personally updated my account. She also called and spoke with a rep at my local gym to ensure my issue was resolved. Extremely great costumer service!!
Its my second time using GlobalFit. Both times I was able to secure gym memberships at the lowest prices available which is a huge deal for me. It was a smooth and straightforward process and the customer service representatives were helpful. Information provided by customer service matched the information provided via the website so there were no unnecessary hassles.
If you want to buy coupons available for free online, this is the place. Here you pay for what is free on the rest of the web. An amazing deal.
Please do not buy a membership through Global Fitness. They charge you a fee to book through their website. I discovered you can go directly to your gym of choice or on your gyms website and get a cheaper deal. They charge you a fee just to book through their site of $51-$60 which you end up paying more than you pay for the actual membership through the gym. Also, I found out after I submitted my payment that this was not on the site where you make the payment which I accessed through my phone where if you don't scroll all the way down you will not see that they charge you for this fee. After discovering this misleading information, I contacted Global Fitness for a refund due to this and they stated they do not issue refunds, which to me they know their website is flawed so they implement a do not refund policy after you make a purchase. I kindly hope that you do not do business with them because they are only in business to profit of ones lost. I pray that no one else is treated this way as they have towards me.
Joined LA Fitness today and also enrolled my daughter. Great experience and was able to save some money. Very helpful call representatives.
Nothing but thieves! Gyms change and cancel hours, billing is a joke and customer service is very unprofessional. Please don't waste your time nor money dealing with them.
I used them to get a shorter Contract at a lower rate (35 instead of 40), with no sign up fee (normally 50) and no key fab fee (normally 50). The gym I chose is Anytime Fitness.
I paid $19 to use their services.
