Love this place, just passing through PHL but I was fortunate enough to attended two classes here. Most impressed by the super thoughtful and extremely thorough instruction.

I've been to several yoga studios in Philly and elsewhere and this is one of the best! They've created a non intimidating, friendly and warm environment as soon as you enter. Juli, the owner, and all of the teachers are very welcoming and knowledgeable. I love that you can ask questions about postures, alignment and they're open to feedback in every class. If you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this is a fantastic place to try! Highly recommend Mindful Elephant.
Every single class I have taken here has been fantastic. They have many options for absolute beginners to experts. I came as a total beginner and I have found many different classes that work for me. The restorative class is awesome! The owner and all of the teachers are really friendly and its a warm atmosphere. My new favorite yoga place!
This studio is a wonderful addition to the neighborhood. The space is beautiful and instantly relaxing. Also, Juli is a patient, knowledgeable and kind instructor. I would highly recommend!
Went to Juli's class when visiting Philadelphia on business a few weeks ago. Loved the cadence of the class. Great mix of talking and reminding people (me) to breathe and soften and relax without sounding like a broken record. Really liked the rhythm of the class paired with the music! The studio is really clean and peaceful which is what I look for when picking a studio. Will definitely go back when I return to Philly!

This studio is such a neighborhood gem! It's a wonderful space to really sink in and explore your practice. The studio also gives the opportunity to try different styles of yoga, which is unique for many studios. I have not taken a class here that I didn't leave feeling calmer and refreshed. Lovely studio!
I'm new to yoga and everyone at this studio makes me feel welcome and at ease. It is a really nice and clean space and they don't overcrowd classes, which I appreciate! The variety of styles offered is a big plus so I can try different classes and find what I like. Very impressed with this studio and the owner and teachers. And the bonus is they are located only one block from the new Whole Foods!
Mindful Elephant feels like my home away from home. I have a yearly membership and attend regularly. The variety of class types and scheduled times allows you plenty of options to meet your individual needs. All of the instructors are warm, welcoming and "mindful" to you, the participants. Julie has made this Fairmount neighborhood studio into a comfortable, relaxing environment. I've enjoyed meeting new people here of all ages, skill levels, and body types. Come join us!
