I had a account issue and the girl said she resolved it back in November. It's now January, I've be to this and other planet fitness multiple times and the same girl finally tells be that my account issue wasn't fixed when she was the one who said she fixed it and she cantet me workout. They are liars with poor customer service. Male manager didn't care to resolve the situation so I cancelled my membership. LA fitness here I come.

It was my sign up day and Friday work out and I lived it the facilities was clean and safe the equipment was meny to choose from it was the best haven't been in a fitness club in years.

Clean and comfortable environment. Plenty of exercise equipment.
Spent a while exercising to get away from the family.
I like hiding there all the time.

Great gym. However when I was working out last night and expecting to be able to see the Eagles game during my workout, customer service informed me that only corporate could change the channel. Every location should have TV stations relative to their city or town and customer service should have capability to change the channels if requested.

This particular location gets a great review because of the size of the facility. If you have to wait for any of the equipment the wait is never long at all. Great staff. You always see someone cleaning or wiping down the equipment. As I have noticed in all the planet fitness the people working out are in a good mood and always ready to offer help. You just can't beat the square footage of this place.

3pm on a Thursday and I had complete privacy in the shower. I'm underweight and don't look very good naked so I was experiencing some anxiety when I found the shower curtains don't completly cover the stall and so you will not exactly have visual privacy. That's my issue, not theirs and when I look better I suppose I won't be so self conscious. Then again how hard can it be to install adequate curtains? Anyway this is the best location in Philly.

This location is the big bootie planet fitness
It seem like most of the girls here whether thin , medium or plus have big booties. I know it seem weird but I work for a modeling agency so I tend to notice things about people. I travel to lots of Planet fitnesses due to my job from Delaware to Ny .Also the showers are nasty its all kind a weave hair and knotted hair in the shower drain so If you plan to shower after working out skip that.

decent gym, but too many theft incidents. my locker was broken into, so i reported it to front desk; there's nothing they can do. i asked about other report incidents and found out that there has been a lot of other reports inside the locker rooms and out in the parking lot where cars were broken into.

Staff will snicker about the people who come in the gym. A gym is suppose to be a place where you come how you are and the fact that the employees find humor in others is unprofessional. Just do your job and let people workout without judgement.

Clean and friendly. On certain blocks of time I can almost have the gym all to myself!! Gigantic. All machines are maintained and clean.

Endless construction in that area..often issues with male washroom..this was built to be a premier location, with elevator and stunning panoramic view with full glass walls..quite generous on pizza nite..still the go-to location as a black card member, cuz the equipment is kept well maintained
